REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you are able to recieve a full refund or exchange a product for a similar item within 14 days of your purchase date. You are responsible for shipping costs regarding returns or exchanges. Once we recieve your item we will inspect it and process your refund. If the item is damaged or used you will be contacted for further actions. Please allow time for your refund to show on your statement. Time of refund is based on the following: time product is recieved, review of refund, credit card refund processing. Refunds will show as "Josephspharmacy.com" on your statement. SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Please be advised that in most cases your purchase will ship out within 1-2 business days of purchase. Holidays and weekends Excluded. You may choose the carrier that is most convenient for you. We offer shipping through the following carriers: FedEx and United States Postal Office (USPS). We only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Time of shipment is estimated and is dependant on credit card authorization and verification. Tracking numbers will be provided when available. Signatures upon arrival of your shipment will be requested in order to verify your delivery has been recieved.
